Quality Incredible!
This collar shows the true meaning of “Pride in Workmanship”. The prong collar for my 33 lb pup is a very important part of her training. It is humane, effective and safe. It also has an “on-off clip” with a lock built in. Most of these typesI of training collars do not have this feature. I’m quite sure My Rosie will be safe and comfortable. I’m also sure her collar will not fail. It is a bit pricey, but who is more deserving than your dog?!

Purchased this as a recommendation by my dog trainer and I agree! I’ve used a similar collar in the past and it completely broke. My dog is resistant to pulling with this collar, making her easier to control while in training. She is a reactive dog so I need something easy to use and that is functional. This was worth every penny!

It’s a good product. I just mis-ordered so am returning. Otherwise I use this collar product for my dog and some of our family dogs

Highly recommend
This prong collar has made a big difference when walking out dog. He is a larger dog that liked to dictate the speed of the walk. With this collar and a little training he can now be walked by my 8 year old granddaughter.

Looks really nice, but isn't as adjustable as other Herm Sprenger collars
When I came across this version of the Herm Sprenger Prong Collar it looked like a great idea, finally a solution to the frustrating pinch and pull of taking the collar on and off. It does exactly what it advertises really well, but there is of course a catch.I got the size recommended for my dog and ordered it right away. But, because of the way the locking mechanism is designed, you cannot fully adjust the length of the collar unlike a standard Herm Sprenger collar.To give a better idea of why this is the case, you'll notice in the photos of the product hat the collar has leather detailing. This is to hold the locking mechanism in the front. That clasp is connected to 2 prongs on either side, 2 to the clasp and 2 to the other prongs. The design should have had just 1 prong on either side or at least made it so that it could've been fully adjustable.Now I have a really nice prong collar which is unfortunately half a size too big for my dog, and as we all know with these collars fit is extremely important.
