the ulta vita min has helped me significtaly...kinda personal ,,but I was having sand colored BM's..after taking ultimate vita min stool returned to normal color finally after 3 years ...I prefer to drink it..so I crush and drink it..tastes good...p.s. they also have the best customer service on the market..thanks PB
