PVC Termination Cap Mesh Screen Vent Cover, Furnace & Roof Vent Cap, Stainless Steel Wire Round Exhaust Pipe Cover End 2" Inner & 2-3/8" Outer Diameter

Used these to cover the exhaust and intake ports on my Rinnai tankless water heater. Fit perfectly in the PVC exhaust pipes. Very sturdy. Wire mesh is thicker than it looks in the pictures. Friction fit, so you don't have to glue them in.

I used it to cover a 2” gas furnace vent to keep out pests. It fits snugly in a 2” elbow. Product is well made and although a bit pricey for a small fitting, it works well and solved my problem.

I live in north central Illinois. I installed this on the exhaust outlet for my high efficiency LP furnace. I had to sand this a fair amount to get it to fit inside my "2 inch" PVC outlet pipe, still very tight fit. The mesh on this has approximately 1/4 inch spacing. It will allow for good air flow during the winter months when the furnace is being used. It will be good to keep out birds and rodents out during the winter months. IT WILL NOT STOP INSECTS FROM ENTERING DURING THE WARMER MONTHS. I will still need to cover the outlet pipe with unsightly screen material wrapped around the outlet. Was hoping to remove this and get one similar with finer mesh. Unfortunately, I will never be able to remove this one, as it is in too tight.

Easy to put on, although take the identification sticker off prior to installing to make installation easier. Looks great!
