Don’t know but it works great!

Q: Does this product work well?

Yes. This gril lifter works very well, but not for the more inexpensive grills. Works great on my Weber gas grill grates.

Q: Will this work for a Weber "Q" grate? They are very heavy and large.

I have no experience with the Weber “Q” grate, but I have a Weber Spirit II with a heavy grate and it works great.
