Easy setup and stable
I had achilles surgery 6 weeks ago. I was non weight bearing for 4 weeks and this scooter was a godsend. I'm too clumsy for crutches and walkers but this scooter allowed me to be somewhat independent around the house, and got me through the parking lot quickly and easily for my doctor and physical therapy appointments.Upon arrival, it was very easy to assemble with the included wingnuts. I did purchase a gel knee pad for greater comfort.I most liked that the knee cushion and handlebar was fully adjustable. Also loved that the handle bar was able to fold down if needed. I have an SUV so my husband was able to put it in the back without having to fold it down. The larger front wheels being spaced farther apart allows for great stability. There were times I went pretty fast thru the house or down the hall of a doctors office, etc and I never once tipped over. However, I would stress caution when going over uneven surfaces. I did almost fly over the handle bar once in my house when I first rolled over the transition between the living room.and hall way. Also, I went out for ice cream one night and didnt see an uneven slab in the sidewalk and I almost flipped over the handlebar and I felt the rear wheels come up off the ground. With that being said, I started stopping at the transition in my home and carefully rolling the front wheel over them OR if in a hurry just pull up on the handlebar and pop the front wheels up like a daredevil (lol). Of course, be careful outdoors around uneven surfaces or rocks on the sidewalks because they will cause you to possibly lose control, flip or fall.Another plus.... I LOVED the canvas basket that was included. It is solid and held all my stuff I needed to carry.... cellphone, water, snacks around the house or a light jacket, ID when out and about.I do think it's a little bit heavy but if it was too light then it might tip over easier or not carry as much weight. I weigh 190# and this scooter supported very well. This scooter is more attractive than others I have seen and comes in fun colors and is priced right for the quality and features.

Freedom to move
I broke my left ankle at age 75. After having a cast put on in the ER, I was given crutches. I had never used before. I literally could not use easily and I seriously thought of crawling across the room when I needed to move. After 3 days of torture with the crutches I received this knee scooter. It was a new sense of freedom. I could wheel anywhere in my house which has hardwood floors (I did pick up all small carpets). I took it with me to a house that had carpeting and thick padding and it was difficult but not impossible to use. It has a button the handle bar to push in to lock from any movement getting on and off. It was light weight enough for me to push around if I got caught in an ackward area. It worked perfectly in the house. It was a little trickier on sidewalks because any piece of twig would stop the scooter. I could not use at all on any grassy area due to my age and overall strength. I also would not have been able to put in the car by self. I was very satisified with the scooter, design, craftsmanship and price. There is a 300 pound weight limit which might prevent some individuals from using comfortably. I'm 5'4", 140 pounds. I would buy again

Sturdy but heavy to transport for a smaller person.
I purchased this to use after breaking my foot. It is very sturdy but kind of heavy to transport. So I bought a second knee walker to use away from home that was lighter and then used this model in my home. It was great to have two since I live by myself and it was easier to have one in the house and keep one in my car. It was easy to assemble and made of quality materials. Definitely recommend.

Rolls easily over carpet, and transitions well between carpet and smooth floors.
This is only my second day using it, but so far, I’m happy. Easy installation, and the brakes work well for me. Adjusting the pad height or the handle height wasn’t difficult either. It does have a wide turning radius, but that is to be expected as that was mentioned. Better that, then turning too sharply and losing your balance. The pad isn’t bad, but it is a bit firmer than I would like, might want to put a towel on it to help soften it maybe. I was happy that it rolls quite easily on the carpet in our home, and going from carpet to linoleum is just as easy. You do have to watch the change though, as it does roll a lot faster on linoleum but it’s easy to control. I’ve been able to do dishes, put laundry away now, as I just set the brake, and still support my broken ankle with little effort. It’s pretty light too, so I have even been able to turn it around by hand if I didn’t want to back out of a tight space. I’m still getting used to it, but I’m feeling more confident scootering around on it.

Lifesaver
I got this due to foot surgery with extended time where I cannot walk. I've been using it for about 5 days, and it's been a lifesaver. It was very easy to put together, less than 10 minutes. The basket holds a good amount, including my chromebook, so that's very handy.Few things to be aware of. Though the knee cushion is thick, it is a bit hard, and after about a day of using it, your knee will get sore, but believe that would happen no matter what. I've been using a memory foam cushion on top, but that means being very careful the cushion does not slip off. While I find the scooter to be stable, you do need to take it easy, and not turn too quickly, which should be common sense, but I could see it tipping if not careful. That said, it's solid, quiet, good brakes that easily lock/unlock, handy basket, and fairly compact. It is slightly heavy, especially if you're going to be lifting it yourself while on one leg or in a boot.It was well worth the cost, which I thought was reasonable, as I will be using it another couple of weeks, and if I had to be on crutches all that time, I'd be miserable.
