Quality, durable, versatile in what it can hold (ice packs). Thick straps, secure
I really have liked using this shoulder brace, ice wrap, which is being used on my right shoulder daily for icing it down after use during the day. I am suffering an impingement and it has really helped tremendously. I tried two others and this one by far is the best made and thought out, in my own use.The chest strap is nice and wide and the Velcro is quality in comparison to the other two I used to compare it. I like the ice pack, but I actually sometimes do not use the one it came with and instead use two packs of ice from a knee wrap (ice pack) made by Arctic flex. The ice pack that came with this shoulder brace works, but I hate having to ever take it out and ice it separately as it is very difficult to get back into the sleeve area where it belongs. Plus the pouch is thin material and the stiffness of the ice pack, if out of the pouch and ready to be put back into the pouch area, has this edge to it which could cut through the material eventually. They need to improve on this area. The biggest area that needs a redesign is the chest strap connection. I have uploaded a picture of it for anyone to see as I write this review. I do not like that the strap bunches together and does not remain nice and flat at the pull points. Instead it is bunching in the corner. The company has a great product and should be able to re-design this key area such that the plastic buckle and the sliding strap for adjustment (to compress) remain or continue to provide a perfect width across your chest as you tighten it as opposed to a bunching of the strap and sliding of the plastic buckle. Adjusting it is very easy though. I like that I can do this without pain and by myself.Overall I would still recommend this because it works very well (compression) and feels quite secure. Nice quality materials as well.

Works good but not for larger people
I'm 6'4" 290lbs. I do have a dad bod, but the strap will barely fit my bicep. Also, its kind of hard to put on by myself. Seems to be good quality, just wish it was bigger.

Works well in a problem area!
Anyone whos ever had t ice their shoulder on a consistent basis knows its a problem area in terms of keeping an icepack in place for any period of time. This product solves that problem. I put this on when I get home from work and go on about my business. Im recovering from surgery due to multiple tears in my right shoulder and this ice pack covers my rotator cuff(back) and the side and front of the shoulder area. Ive looked at something like this many times and never pulled the trigger, now after the surgery Im happy that I did. I should have bought it months ago. If you need to ice your shoulder on any kind of consistent basis get this, you wont be sorry. It ll also work on either shoulder so thats not an issue if thinking about what shoulder needs it versus what icepack to get.

Fits a 15” bicep and a 54” chest
The ice pack that comes with it fills the compress and is removable. When on the compress wraps on the shoulder it holds the ice pack down the arm and around the shoulder. The only thing wrong is the strap around the chest can’t be removed so it is awkward to use with a bad shoulder.

It works great but….
It seems to work great but seeing the strap that goes around your head and shoulders it sewn, it makes it difficult to get on and off. The large strap should be velcroed as well.
