I love them, very informative with tips on yoga stretching, foods to eat, sound frequencies, crystals and lots more information. Has information on what symptoms are for each Chakra that's blocked and how to correct each. It's made out of fabric which is nice and there are 7 separate pages one for each Chakra. I plan on hanging mine up. I recommend getting them.

No complaints, high quality canvas. No brainer purchase, if you need it, buy it without overthinking. I'm going to frame them but I temporarily stuck them to the wall. Take a look at the pictures.

This is pretty neat for those of you who practice or study chakras. Also, yoga and some other things. All pertaining to the chakras. There are 7 of them and they are all 8X10 in size which would be the same as an ordinary piece of printing paper. They have a poster on each and all of the chakras. What is different about these and makes them special in my opinion is the material they are. I wasn't expecting that. It is the same type of material they are using for nice art prints you put in frames and hang that have a fabric of some kind in the material they are on. You can do the same with these and put them in frames. It is like the type of canvas you paint oil paintings on. I don't know if that is exactly what it is, but it looks and feels like that. That is what makes it waterproof or resistant, unlike paper. As well as not being able to tear like paper can. And it is a nice print on all of them. As far as what is on these canvases exactly there are many things. All the things they mention in their listing. Each one has several popular yoga poses that go with the corresponding chakra. It also has healing practices you can do. And the crystal or gemstone that goes with that particular chakra as well as an essential oil, affirmations, foods to eat, and what a balanced or imbalanced health state looks like. As in how to make that particular chakra balanced if it is unbalanced. It is what they call "New Age" type of stuff. I call it Alternative Healing practices. I believe these things could be useful for chronic pain and certain illnesses and/or diseases. I wanted it for that but also the gemstone information it has. I wanted to know what gemstone or gemstones go with each Chakra. I make gemstone bracelets and want to know that information.

These finished my wall just as I pictured! Perfect colors. They look nice in the frames I got. They came on thin canvas which was easy to put in frames. I love the different sizes. The price is perfect for what I wanted them for. They look nice!
