Neon Perimeter Only, But It's the Captain
This is as simple a neon as can be - just one tube around the printed card. That said, it was in damage proof packaging and works, and the printed card is distinct, clear and high quality. I think it is as it must be for imposing Captain Morgan to make his powerful impression. I'd recommend it, and a glass of rum.
