Great in homemade hot cocoa mix
Really fun topping for hot cocoa and chocolate ice cream. I make my own hot chocolate mix with powdered milk, fake sugar (diabetic), cocoa powder, and cinnamon. (For extra nutrition , I heat milk either in a pan or in a mug in the microwave, then add the mix. Double milk, double protein.)I could never find powdered vanilla extract. These marshmallows are vanilla flavored and scented, so they add just the perfect touch. The best part is they can go straight into the jar with the other dry ingredients for gifting.They expand when they sit, and make the cocoa foamy. Or you can eat them crunchy. 😉Speaking of crunchy, they stay that way when mixed with ice cream. Yum!What's not to love???!!!BUT BEWARE OF RESELLERS. I've seen resellers charging 10 and 20 times the original value. A few days before Yule a couple years ago, I say them listed at $40!!! Per shaker, not per case. I double checked.
