After trying over 12 different companies’ pickled asparagus — which, along side spiced pickled peaches, are my favorite pickley tastes in the world — I have found my favorite.Fosters has just the right amount of vinegar bite, without overwhelming the asparagus flavor. I also LOVE the flavored varities (jalapeño is my fave, followed closely by the cajun spice, and then the hot red pepper flavor. All 3 flavors are amazingly subtle — which is an interesting word for a sour pickle.)Unfortunately, they don’t offer the flavors in the 32oz jars through Amazon, and I can’t justify paying almost the same price for jars that hold half as much — which is the current pricing.). So, I guess I’ll just eat the plain pickled asparagus, for now.Great in salads, Bloody Mary garnish, wrapped in smoked ham slices or swiss cheese for a snack or appetizer.... I love a few spears for breakfast with scrambled eggs!

First time buyer so didn't know what to expect. They were beyond my expectations in that they were so wonderfully crunchy and crispy. Low Calorie Snacking Heaven . Carrot flavor was not overwhelmed by the pickle juice and the vibrant "blood orange" color of the carrots was maintained. These are FAR better than their pickled beans which were not crisp and were limp. They were a real disappointment for dilly beans. Will have to find another brand to get my dill bean fix. I will eat these but not truly enjoy them due to their lack of crispness.But I will buy these carrots in the future. I wish they made a spicy version and I would give up my search for another brand of dill beans. You will not be disappointed in these wonderful carrots.

I have ordered these a few times now because my wife absolutely loves them and they are consistently well packaged and tastes great. My last order had a jar that was cracked but I do not blame the company as they do and excellent job of packing and padding the product. I recommend this product and will continue to buy them. The asparagus itself is pretty good once you get to it, but the difficulty in getting the lid off is absolutely ridiculous. I am a male with very large, strong hands and I finally had to sit down, brace the jar, and in one final burst after much effort it opened by showering my jeans and the floor with pickle juice. They are all the same when it comes to opening. Not worth the effort.

yum! what could be better than an extra large jar of pickles? an extra large jar of pickle asparagus! yes, of course it would be great if it was cheaper, but it isn't, so i read the reviews and gave these a try. great quality and great flavor, i add garlic and dill and chilis to my jars, just start w/ a small amount and build to suit your taste.

Searched several grocery stores for these delicious appetizers and turned to our proven supplier, Amazon. Sure enough, Pickled Asparagus came safely to our door step and we wont have to search for a source any more. Great product, delicious, uniform size shows the care and quality in producing this product.

A very nice refreshing taste that does not over power the asparagus flavor.

These green beans are nothing like the same green beans that I bought 2 years ago in Apple Hill , CA. Sad because those made the best bloody marys in the world. Same order had their pickled asparagus , which is awesome. This batch of beans though are tough , have stems that are wood-like and need to sit for 5 years. Very disappointing. I would return them but the packing was thrown out.
