I'm very pleased with this sturdy laptop stand by Standly. It is made of lightweight yet durable aluminium and has large cutouts for ventilation below your laptop. There are silicone grips on the top part to keep your laptop held securely in place even when the angle is very sharp. There are two raised lip edges at the front to stop your laptop falling off too. The height of the stand can be adjusted as can the angle. The base is sturdy and due to the position of the bracket on the base, the centre of gravity is kept in the middle so the laptop does not fall backwards or forwards off your desk, no matter what angle you choose. It folds down flat for portability and frees up loads of space on your desk for other items such as notebooks, keyboards, etc. It is suitable for laptops from 10 to 17 inches in screen size.

I have been using this adjustable stand for my portable monitor for weeks, and it is nothing short of perfect. I am so happy my portable monitor is now at eye-level.It has substantial weight to it which makes it the ideal stand. My monitor is stable with zero wobble transmitted no matter how heavily I type on the desk. The hinges are well designed and are carefully torqued to achieve the perfect balance between adjustability and sturdiness. The stand comes with tools to make further adjustments should it be needed.The design, finishing and quality are therefore excellent! This makes it a steal at this price point.

There's not much to say in the way of laptop risers as most are very similar to each other and only a very few have outstanding features. This is a fairly standard design, which holds its position without the need to tighten any bolts or screws. It is very stiff to move into place, but that's a good thing as it means it won't move once holding the weight of a normal laptop. I use these not just for laptops, but also for holding the soundbar below my TV at a slight upward angle to introduce a bit more elevation to the simulated Dolby Atmos sound effects. This is a good basic laptop riser which won't disappoint.

This aluminium stand is quite heavy, and it is sturdy and robust.The stand is very adjustable and stays in place when your laptop is on it.The stand works very well with my Dell XPS 15 inch laptop and allows for me to stand whilst using it as well as have the screen raised to eye level when sat down.The configuration also allows for a usb hub to be used with it so you can have a keyboard and mouse attached.The stand has cut outs in the laptop supporting plate such that the laptop fans can work well and blow the warm air away rather than flat against the desk.A great addition to my workshop desk space.

This laptop stand is manufactured from plate steel and as such has a considerable weight to it, which adds to the stability but not necessarily the portability. It has a matt silver finish with silicone pads, which prevent scratches to your laptop and table, and also serve to keep your laptop from moving around on the stand. Your laptop can be angled on the Z frame to achieve the optimum position for typing and the triangular spaces in the frame allows decent ventilation for the fans in your laptop to circulate air. I have a Lenovo 14 inch laptop and the stand holds it firmly without much movement and it is stable on a flat surface. At £15.99 it represents reasonable value for a solid laptop stand that allows you to type and view your screen at a comfortable angle. There is a socket spanner and allen key for adjusting the the tension on the bolts.

This laptop raiser is powerfully built and well designed, and fits it's use perfectly. It's good at holding heavier devices and lighter, and can also be used for iPads with keyboards among other things. It's been used ever since it arrived and I've had no problems with it as I tested it the last fortnight, putting it to the test. An overall great product!
