Skip the travel mug with expensive inserts - just put one of these in your stainless water bottle, and enjoy alkaline water on the go! I bought a pH meter (from Amazon), and measured the pH of my water after one hour. I repeated the measuring several times, and consistently got 8.6. Overnight, you can get water above 9. CS Tech has the best price on Alkaline Hydrogen Water Sticks. I use water sticks on a daily basis, as I have lung problems, and I find they help me. There is no question on this. I can't heal the damage to the lungs, but i can decrease the symptoms. Also I monitor my oxygen level, They seem to do a good job keeping the level at an acceptable level. So I am very pleased with the product.I use tap water with the sticks. They have minerals in them, that mineralize the water and removes chlorine. That is how the hydrogen is made. I strongly believe that the water sticks are the safest way to get your hydrogen. I would be very careful about using expensive machines.

I was using a tablet form you dissolve in water which I was very surprised actually helped reverse uti symptoms (antibiotics are not an easy option for me). But I ran out and what I was using was no longer available. So I decided to try this.I was about to fly across country and my uti symptoms were returning with a vengence. I could not get this in time, so had it sent to my destination. That flight was not fun, especially for the gentleman sitting in the isle seat. Next day, I was able to start using this stick. That night symptoms began to improve and over the course of the week, I got much better. Took it back with me on my flight home - TSA agents had never seen one before and didn't know what to think of it (I didnt think how it looks a bit like a silencer). When I told them what it was and how it had been helping me, they were fascinated.My flight home was MUCH better btw. Only downside is I used it so much, one stick only lasted a few weeks.

One of the packages was opened. I followed the directions. Tested my filtered waters pH before adding the "ph water fiter stick". I tested it after a 1/2 hour, an hour, & 6 hours later. To my dismay the pH is still @7.

When I first got these, I rinsed them exactly as required. Then tested a glass of water with a Ph meter and also TDS meter. First fifteen minutes... Nothing. Half hour... Nothing, still spec'd out like the base line glass of water. Then after 45 minutes everything changed! PH went up as did TDS. This happened a few times where initially nothing happened, then the numbers went up. Taste: I wanted to taste an improvement in some of my filtered water, and this gave it a different taste. Hard to describe, not metallic, but almost? So now I can have my totally distilled water or jack the Ph up to the other end of the spectrum. Overall, they worked for me. And I do enjoy a good, clean, filtered glass of water, to the point I have GAC filters, a distiller, Ozone filters, and now this gizmo. Overall... Yeah, I'm satisfied. Hope this helps. -Mike8/13/20 UPDATE: While everything above holds true, the thing this gizmo DOES NOT DO is filter water. In my above comments, I used the gizmo in my "Filtered Water" from one of my water filters. I tried the gizmo with the water right from the tap and... cutting to the chase... after a couple hours, the water still stunk. The smell comes from the water hose supplying water to my RV. It has that plastic/rubber smell to it and the gizmo would not take the smell from the water. My water filters do a good job at doing that though. So if you're looking to buy this for the sake of "Filtering" or "Sanitizing" water... Forget it. Otherwise, it does, (at least in my tests), up the PH and change the taste of bla-zay water. But as a water filter, don't be mislead. It's not gonna work for that. -Mike

Absolutely doesn't work. It does not make the water -ORP or make any hydrogen at all. I have testers and even after 12hrs no results at all whatsoever. Do not waste your money.

I have turned my friends and family on to these amazing sticks. I have been using them for several years and keep ordering them to make sure I have plenty on hand for myself and to give away. We drink alkaline water everyday. I also put it into our coffee pot, our ice maker and keep 1 in my purse just in case I have to use bottled water. We try to never use bottled water, but if we don't have a choice, I just add a stick for a bit before we drink it.

tested the ph with ph sticks and the effect wes no different than tap water

This product doesn't deliver what it promise, I see no change with the pH level, even after soaking overnight!
