I have had to reset the camera & restart whole installation process every single time, several times a week as it disconnects from the WiFi so if anything were to happen there is no guarantee this will catch it. I mostly just use mine now for a digital clock but that also resets & the time is not always correct. Very frustrating, next I will be looking into the BlinkXT2 as my grandmother has these & she can use her app live 4,000+ miles away and it’s very accurate. Either that or try the SimpliSafe ones since I already have the security system. Can’t remember if this is from China & I don’t like to down talk “all,” of their products since I don’t Use All of their products but it works very cheaply. It’s frustrating.

This was a nice little camera but unfortunately the wifi didn't stay on no matter how close I put it next to my router. I am one of the unfortunate ones that could not use this. The company issued a full refund with no hassles.. A great company to work with

Quits working for no discernible reason. When it works, it works great, other than the fact that they didn't set up the time zones properly and I have to choose Atlantic Brazil time zone though I live in Eastern. But while operating with the power cord plugged in for constant recharging, it just suddenly goes offline and when I check the clock, it's dead (no display, no LED lights inside, etc.). This happens whether it is recording or I'm just using live video. I am not sure if it's a problem with the battery or connection inside to the battery.

The camera is very discreet. I did not like the bright blue light because it does draw attention to it but you cannot see the camera lens. Giving the product 2 stars because it went offline then completely shut off and would not turn back on.Within the 2 hours I did like the quality of the camera and was able to download the icam mini app to view on my phone while away. So thats a plus...

has a great picture, setup was easy. down fall you have to be close to the clock with your phone to see live view

This item was good at first use, mine is unusable now. I think I can say it was a waste of money.
