From a Grandmother's Heart: Memories for My Grandchild

I'm looking forward to working on these for my grandchildren. Will do one for each family. This was my favorite one of the two i bought.

Although the concept of this book is admirable, there’s certain pages that aren’t what I want to pass along to a grandchild. For example, the family tree history photo pages are nice, but the spaces to glue photos are tiny. I wish the seller would’ve included photos of the inside content. I wouldn’t have purchased if I had been able to preview the inside.

I had bought a bunch of these before as gifts at a great price. I now needed another one and had to pay much more, but had one for granddaughter now have grandson so I had to have another.

I got this for my mom to fill out for my son. I was happy to see several pages of questions related to her husband (my son’s grandfather) who unfortunately recently passed away. Although he is not here to fill out a book of his own, my mom can write quite a bit about him in this book. I imagine if you were getting this book for a grandmother who was no longer married to your father, this could be awkward. However, in my situation, my parents were happily married for 40+ years and I am really happy that my mom can include some of my dad’s stories/memories in this book.

Gave as a gift so of course I didn’t really get to see inside it. I was just going a book like this with good reviews. ;) It sent straight to my friend who is a new Grandma. But she said she really likes it, she just wishes there was more than one line for some of the answers.

Bought it for my 68 year old mother who has Parkinsons. While she is stay able to write I am hoping that she will take the time to fill this out. It will make a treasured keepsake if she does. Every grandparent and parent should fill things like these out! I never met any of my grandparents and I wish I had something like this from them.

Excellent format to tell the stories of your life for your grandchildren and also for your own kids. Therapeutic. All the questions I would have loved to ask my mother before she died and the stories are lost forever!

Mom is very excited to complete this for my. Brothers kids (her grands). A good quarantine project, just disappointed there isn't more room for adding pics. Should have additonal pocket pages.

This book was a real hit! Cute pages & prompts to write about. Makes a great gift.

It has American dates and holidays so I am scribbling out and changing to Canadian dates and holidays

Um bom livro

Not for a UK grandma! Asks your memories about Thanksgiving and what the family do in the fall, who was the president etc. Quality of the book good though

Good book but it’s American based.
