I just had double knee surgery and was instructed to walk often. Other than a gym there's no safe place to at this time in history so I got this. It's easy on my knees but gives my knees and butt a great workout. It's easy to put together, it's very sturdy. It's easy to fold and move if you need, but I leave it and use several times a day without any knee pain whatsoever. I'm 4 months post surgery and have no pain.

Not too big and a good size if you're just getting into rebounding. I wasn't sure if I was going to use the handlebar at first since I was just doing the health bounce at first. I've since attached it as I plan to do longer sessions and thought I may as well use it so there's less chance of falling off.

Great for us seniors that sit on our fat asses too much, especially with the cold weather setting in. I put this in an alcove off my bedroom and pass by it several times a day, so I stop and use it for about 60s each time I go by it. This really is good exercise! Very low impact and helps increase blood flow and opens breathing. I recommend this.

It was easy to set up. Works great as i am new. I think it’s a good start
