Works great
Bought this for my 2020 wrangler Jl unlimited sport. Works perfectly and fit like a glove. Very easy to install. Literally just matching up plugs. Directions were very meteocore. Hardest part was removing the old unit and dash. You tube helped me ALOT. Took me less than 2 hours to install. You can even make your screen and colors to your choice. Comes with a back up camera which is decent. But can wire in stock camera if you want to take the time to do so. Overall I love the looks, design and the ability to make my own. Good buy for sure

Works well, terrible documentation - poor customer support
The packaging is great, though there are zero instructions for wiring: in my case not even a wiring diagram. I was able to wire this up in about 20 minutes, not including the time to take apart the dash and some trim. At that point I became stuck as the radio did not include a connector to the 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL OEM backup camera, even though the product listing says it will work with the Jeeps backup camera. The packaging did include another camera but that required running new wires. I searched and searched and finally found the "Camera Adapter Only for AWESAFE Jeep JL Car Radio" on Amazon for an additional $89.99. It's ridiculous that the radio listing does not say that it is a required accessory. The product arrived with “Zero” useful instructions. Again, I searched until finding a review that helped. If you decide to purchase this radio for your Jeep Wrangler JL you need the adapter. I have included pictures of the adapter wiring harness and the radio harness. Wire it like I have in my pictures, and it will work. After all this, I was able to turn it on and it works and sounds great. I then proceeded to mount permanently a process that involved multiple zip ties to avoid hearing rattles while driving. I then mounted the unit, after removing two clips from the OEM radio and attaching them to the new radio, as it did not come with installation clips. The top is held in with two clips and the bottom with two screws. I am a bit concerned that the mounting will fail when we go 4-wheeling as it is terribly designed and cheap. I also found that once you connect the radio via Bluetooth to an iPhone with Apple Car Play the radio dumps its own WiFi connection, which is just stupid. I am also unable to sync using the jeeps built in dashboard USB ports. The radio just reports sync failure. I am hoping that it’s just a loose connection on the back of the radio. If not, I will need to install the provided USBs and have them hang somewhere, that will look professional, right? For the price it sound great, at least so far. Apple Car Play works perfectly via Bluetooth and the steering wheel controls work. You will have to turn the backup cameras lines found in the vehicle setting menu in the radio, another thing that’s not obvious.Terrible Product Support: I attempted to contact the company via Amazon product support and the product pictures show a bicycle with a phone mount, not the radio. I then went to their Shopify webstore where the product was $20 cheaper (UGH), to get support. The site has a live chat open 9am-5pm PST, I chatted with no one at 10AM, to date no response. I also sent an email to the listed support email requesting a wiring diagram, the reply from that email took two days and told me to send an email to another email. I even tried their Facebook chat, which replied 12 hours later with a list of email addresses for support. So, after three days I received the attached so called wiring diagram.I hope this helps someone.

Decent Android head unit for my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL
I have many years of experience with Android headunits, and I have installed one in a Jeep Wranglers previously as well. This model is as OEM in appearance as you can get, with well flus-fitting bezels and all the connections and wires already prepared for the Jeep's connectors, and it is much easier than past models I've used.My previous setup required me to solder the individual lines together, but this one had everything ready to go. The USB inputs all work well for USB and wired phones, both my Samsung for Android Auto and my partner's iPhone for CarPlay. Know what you are getting into though, as Android headunits may appear plug-and-play, but they always come with quirks and issues. In my case, I use a custom loader to make organization easier than the stock UI, but I had to plug in the settings manually for the radio to recognize the included CAN bus and get the steering wheel controls working correctly. The system itself is very capable and much faster than older models I've use.One thing I do suggest is that if your Jeep already came with a backup camera from the factory, you can use a separate box to bridge the native input to the camera input on the radio. It works just as well as the 3rd-party one included with this set without the need to run additional wiring. Now as for those quirks, the main one I have right now, and that others have noted, is that the time just isn't being saved in the memory while the car is off. Likely a battery wire not correct to provide passive power to keep the time on the board, so for now the time doesn't change from when you turn the car off to when it is back on again. Not an issue if you are using your phone for car mode, but if just relying on the radio itself, it can be annoying to dig through the settings to correct the time. This was also an issue with my previous radio model, so could be just an problem with these generic 9" Android headunits.Overall, this is a nice upgrade for the Jeep Wrangler, and as long as you know how to set it up and deal with the limitations and Android functionality, I do recommend it.

Customer service was great.
My old screen had a crack in it so we decided to upgrade to a little bit larger screen in our jeep. This one is great. All the features work flawlessly. We had a few questions and customer service was very quick to answer the phone and get back with us.
