The pTron Tangent Flex is fantastic! Crystal-clear sound, deep bass, and 38 hours of playtime make it a must-have. The Bluetooth 5.3 connection is flawless, and the headphones are super comfortable for long use. Great mic quality for calls too. Totally worth the price highly recommended.

The blutooth is not suitable for my ear secondly it's continuous on hence won't came to know the mo ile calls and there is no battery charging indicator are few drawbacks. There is no product return and refund policy for this rubbish product. It has poor voice quality.

Voice Quality and battery backup is Good. Even wire Quality is Good too but wire length should be long little bit and I face issue due to its design as it's not fitted properly in the ear. Rest is Good at this price point.===================================================================Need to Edit my review. After one and a half months of use, my neckband started malfunctioning, so I had to visit the service center. They accepted the product, but after nearly 15 days, I discovered they had sent me a different neckband in return, one with only 18 hours of playtime, while the original had 38 hours. I refused to accept it, and the service center agreed to take it back. Another 15 days later, I finally received my original model back.It worked fine for a day, but the next day, the right side stopped working intermittently. Sometimes it worked, and sometimes it didn’t. I took it back to the service center, where they checked it and said it was fine, but when I tested it again, the issue persisted. I left it with them, and although it started working again, by night, the right side would occasionally stop working.To make matters worse, it turns out that the replacement was a refurbished piece, which hasn’t been reliable. Based on my experience, I will not be purchasing from pTron again.

In this price range this neckband has a very good mic quality and also has a very good sound as well as base quality.It's a multifunctional neckband and wire length will perfectly fit in your neck.Connectivity is awesome; Bluetooth connection is fast .Overall value for money.

Good quality and better sound but some times can't receive the call and can't talk, sometimes it was informed switch off or disconnected ,one more think incoming ring is very slow sound can't heard in traffic areas

I would have given a zero star .. if there is option ... Before I got another ptron earphones which I used for 9 or 10 months ... suddenly one day it stopped working and didn't turn on again.I thought maybe that's the life on a cheap earphones and purchased another ptron Flex... hoping it would last another 10 months atleast .. but it stopped working within 15 days ... its not turning on , no matter how I tried by charging or by doing anything. I don't wanna spend my time or energy travelling for this 500rs earphones to claim warranty again. Just I am hoping future customers don't purchase anything from ptron and spend a little more around 1k and go for better ones which are durable .

Bought PTron BT Neckband. A decent neckband for this price range. For music listening, the neckband's performance is good. Good bass, mid and high frequencies. Mixed and balanced output. And even for calls the audio output is good. When comes to Mic performance, it is horrible. The person on the other side is not at hearing the voice clearly and it is as if I am speaking out from a deep water well. I had the same issue in PTron TWS as well. Noice cancelation is also not that great. Unable to hear the sound when the background noise is little high or when you are in a mall. Best for music worst for calls.
