The time is 1965, the place a Catholic boy's school in Brooklyn. Newly-arrived student Michael Dunn (Andrew McCarthy) falls in with a bunch of unlikely misfits at odds with the school's repressive regime. Rooney (Kevin Dillon) is tough but not too smart, Williams (Stephen Geoffreys) gets way too much sex, Corbet (Patrick Dempsey) is born to follow, Caesar (Malcolm Danare) is a self-proclaimed genius - and together they're going to break every rule in the book.

I love this film as it reminds me so much of the turmoil of being a teenager without the trappings of over dramatisation of events.

Great movie and a reminder for how some Catholic schools used to be like with their teachings and values. Overall a good watch with alot of laughs

Great film but visual quality could be much better. Adequate for viewing but really could have been so much better.
