Gyreuni 16'' Cordierite Pizza Stone for Oven and Grill with Pizza Peel Set

I set the temperature at 500 and cooked it for 7-8 minutes. The pizza came out amazing. It was the perfect Saturday night meal. So perfect that the kids requested it again for dinner this week!

I made regular pizza crust (that's what is pictured) about 14 inches. I used the oven, a good trick to not letting the parchment paper catch fire is to cut it to where the edges meet the pizza and it will do just fine. Long edges will scorch or catch on fire. The 2nd set of pizza's I made I used the grill. I did Neapolitan style (King Arthur has an excellent recipe on the back of their 00 Neapolitan pizza flour). It turned out to be the best pizza we have ever had. Pizza stones are supposed to stain especially if you don't use parchment paper, it's like a cast iron pan the flavors become one with the pan. The more you use it and stain it the better the pizza turns out. I think this a great stone. Definitely use Neapolitan style pizza, they cook quickly (8 mins or less) so it's feasible to cook one at a time. I wouldn't recommend this for a large family. It works for our family of 4. The pizza blade it comes with, Im not a fan of. It isn't that sharp so you have to work at it to cut the pizza, my cheap $5 pizza cutter works 10x better, have had it for years. I like that it does come with some parchment paper that is cut into squares. The pizza peel works great, easy slide off and on. I would recommend this one. It works great.

Nice set for the price. Includes everything you need. Perfect for a little sharing size pizza, we found it fit a good 4 slice pizza, which was perfect for us. The stone works great to hold heat and makes a much nicer pizza than we had made without it. Had an issue with the peel cracking and breaking.. (stuff happens) but the seller took care of it promptly even though the return window had closed.. so, with excellent customer service I wouldn't hesitate recommending this set.

I already used 2 times. Results is good. why is 4 stars because delivered and I saw 3-4 points different color I don’t know this is defect or something

I had never used a pizza stone before, but when I started making my own homemade pizza dough, the recipes recommended cooking it on a pizza stone. My crusts are usually about 12 inches, so this was the perfect size to put in my oven and heat it until it is screaming hot. The pizza peel is beautiful, and makes placing and removing the pizzas from the oven safer and easier than the metal pizza peel I had been using before. The long pizza cutter makes cutting hot pizza quick and easy. I always use a cutting board.

Love the pizza stone we use it on the smoker and it works amazing giving pizza a perfect crispy crust

The stone had a chip in it with it painted over. The food is stuck on it. It says hand wash and the food won’t come off. I used it one day and food is caked on.

Products look good, opened up , not broken , delivered on time, but driver just dropped it(tossed ) at front steps, did tell driver not to drop it next time, got no response.

This is a fantastic stone, especially for the price. Love the wooden paddle, it can be used as a cutting board as well.
