Big mistake
I ordered this hair in a 16". When I got it, I could tell it was NOT 16". Initially I started a return but I couldn't get any more hair, responsible priced before my upcoming hair appointment which had a non-refundable deposit. My stylist actually felt bad for me and took off a little bit of her regular price because the hair was closer to 8 - 10 inches. I have since gotten more hair, 16", and have had my hair retwisted.

It's decent!
Got this hair to do mini twists, the reviews here are mixed however I find the fair to be decent just a little stiffer than I would like. The pictures show how the hair came in a bunch and what it looked like after I prepped and stretched it.You do need to wash it before use and definitely condition bcuz it got very rough after I shampoo and soften it nicely with the conditioner. After one wash the scent was gone. I also suggest stretching the hair before washing and using it, it's definitely more just thank you think once it's prepped. This avoids wastage as well. One of the packs was filled with more lose short pieces so I had alot of throw away hair. 3 packs is definitely not enough for a full head, I had to order two more from a different seller bcuz the shipping on this one was too slow .Beyond that I was satisfied it looks like my natural hair the 4c match was great!
