Bargain. A bit fiddly but effective.
Seem to stick, lasting well so far. A hole for a nail would be a good idea, but may not be required. The clip is a bit fiddly but effective once wire in.

Do not work on desks/tables
This is the second attempt of trying to feed a cable along the underside of a meeting room table. Within a couple of days all of the hooks have fallen down. Some of which the plastic hook has come off of its own adhesive pad. The two used on a painted wall are still in place.
