After 24 hours, the pillow got very large. The cover unzips and you can wash it easily. Also I love that It came with a carrying bag. Great for the long road trips In the car. Make sure to look at the new return policy before trying!I didn’t realize this pillow didn’t come with a small bag of extra stuffing- many similar ones I saw did so you could add more if needed. I love the shape but it’s pretty flat/not much stuffing, which is frustrating. I don’t want to deal with trying to return it but am disappointed. I wish I had spent more and gotten a better quality one.

it is something about this pillow that provides me more comfort I love how its cut I am a side sleeper and it helps my should prop into the right spot its easy to inflate when received it its firm because its stuffed with shredded memory foam but the memory foam helps you sink right in I have not had shoulder pain the past few nights and I usually wake up with a stiff arm or neck and back pain so far so good if I am still doing good in a few weeks I will be ordering another for my husband.

My pillow didn't fluff up because it had two of the pillow case that it came with one. It was only supposed to have one. But since it had two on it never did. But my husband loves his pillow. But the seller is will to work with me. I would recommend them. To anyone.
