My only problem is the fit, and it's not so much with the ring. To get it to fit properly on my finger is getting it past my knuckle, which I can do with a bit of coaxing. If I were to go up a size, it would spin around my finger once on. My problem, not the ring. 🫤

I loved it but it stopped working after just 5 months and customer service isn’t helpful, I’m going in circles trying to get help :( Now I have an expensive ring that does t track anything. Update: changed to 3 stars. I was finally able to get it working again but it took a LOT of back and forth and troubleshooting. All I had to do was a factory reset. It took a lot of time sending videos to customer service of different steps to try to get it working again. Frustrating.

The Oura ring is AMAZING. I love wearing rings and how the Oura is multi functional. I wear it everyday and it lasts for almost a week without a charge. I enjoy looking at my sleep statistics, however, the accuracy still has some improving to do. I have narcolepsy so naturally I fall asleep and hit REM extremely quick. The ring is often inaccurate about when I fall asleep and my sleep cycles. I am addicted to it though and cannot wait for it to improve. But, very pricey for the color difference and don’t think you should have to pay for a monthly subscription.

Its cute, but not that comfortable to wear all the time, especially while weight lifting. Doesn't track fitness accurately or well. I don't find the app particularly useful or easy to navigate. You have to pay about $5.99/month for an Oura subscription. Its pretty good for tracking sleep and your menstrual cycle, but if you want to track using Natural Cycles that's another $10 subscription. For what this ring costs, I expected much more. I think how much you like this ring or how useful you find it depends on your lifestyle and your goals. I rarely ever wear it. If you are going to purchase one, make sure you get sized first and try to get it on sale.

Gives a lot of health information. I’ve been learning and understanding how my lifestyle choices affect my body. Good battery, needs to be charged just once a week. Goes with every look, from the gym to the party and swimming. I never need to take mine off.
