Good Product.
Installed on a 1996 Ford Bronco with a E4OD transmission and is working perfectly. Additional cooling will help the life of these transmissions. Delivery prompt, cooler was not difficult to install. I did need to get additional hose to complete the install. Good Product.

Easy install, easy to locate a mounting option, reasonable directions. What more is there to say
I recommend finding a video on Youtube or a write-up in a forum for your vehicle you can save a little time on tips and tricks and gain some confidence in your decision making during the install. Anyone who is good with their hands should be able to install this in 2 to 4 hours their first time out. great product.

Super easy to install, bypassed radiator, fits/installs nicely in front of radiator.

... to be honest I assumed that it would perform better than it did
Well to be honest I assumed that it would perform better than it did. I had a trip planned that involved pulling our 30 foot travel trailer from Michigan to Arizona and back. My tow vehicle is 1995 F350, with a 7.3L Power Stroke with the E4OD auto trans. The approximate weight of the trailer is 9000 lbs loaded, the truck has 4.10 gears, stock tires size, open exhaust including downpipe, stock turbo, stock injectors. The only modification to the trans was a billet torque converter that was professionally installed at the same time that the cooler was. I also installed a trans temp gauge prior to the trip. On two occasions while pulling the trailer I had to pull over and let the trans cool before it overheated. My trans temp rose to 220 and at that point I pulled over and shut down. I know that I didn't buy the biggest cooler (mistake on my part), but I did assume that it would be better than nothing. I guess I thought it would keep the trans form getting as hot as it did. Construction quality seems nice, but I will be buying a bigger cooler today.

Much better than the older tube & fin or plate & fin design, why settle for a less efficient cooler when this is only a few dollars more. I almost always convert any cooler that is built in to the radiator - no sense risking water contamination + drastically reduced transmission temperatures and increased life.

Easy to install on my 4Runner
Easy to install on my 4Runner, and well worth the investment. If you tow anything or live in hot and/or hilly terrain, you need an auxiliary transmission cooler if your vehicle doesn't already have one. This one is still serving me well after more than two years. Not a single problem.

Seems like a high quality product
Since I am not measuring the ATF temperature, I can't say anything about how effective it actually is at cooling the ATF, but I can say that it seems like a quality product and came with everything needed to install it. I was not able to thread the plastic mounting rods through my radiator and condenser, but I don't know whether that was my lack of knowledge/skill or something about the Subaru radiator construction. I was, however, able to find a way to use the supplied flat brackets to bolt the cooler to the car in front of the condenser. In the end, I think I am actually pleased I did it that way, rather than having this cooler hang on the radiator/condenser by the plastic mounts - even though I am confident that the plastic mounts are a tried and true approach.

Transmission cooler by B&M
I used it on a 2001 Wrangler TJ for additional transmission cooling capacity. Easy install through the drivers side headlight opening when light was removed. I purchased Gates brand transmission line hose as if felt it was more robust (more nylon reinforcing). It works extremely well as I had hoped. This is the plate design and not to coil and fin design/

Works very well.
It came with everything you would need to install.

Great kit
I knew I'd have to do a custom fit install on my tacoma but the kit provides everything you need to drop this in with very little effort, mind you I am very mechanically inclined so I was able to do this in 20 minutes but nonetheless I think even if you've never installed one this kit will make things a breeze.

Nice Product, easy to instal.
Nice Product, easy to instal.I made the mistake of mounting one of the mounting brackets off of one of an AC line running into the AC cooler. It was a perfect spot for the supplied bracket. I used all stock bolts on my Tundra to mount the cooler, not the zap straps. But when I took the AC line off, it blew off because of the pressure and consequently drained my AC system, costing me $130 bucks from Toyota to get it recharged, because the Toyota freon is not the same as the do-it-yourself AC recharge kits available. MY BAD, not the coolers fault. So far my self installed tranny temperature gauge barely even budges now!

It Works fine but it is a little small
The Cooler is fine and it is working in my truck. I was hoping to use in my Motor home and I felt it was to small for a larger motor and trans. The Kit works great and I had little trouble installing it. It is fine except that I felt that it was small for a big load.
