I have an axolotl stuffed animal collection so I thought this would be cute to add to it. It's um... A bit more phallic like in person than I was expecting. The pink is much more pale and the frills and tail are smaller than pictured so it honestly just looks like a long pale pink thing with a slightly round tip. You get what I'm saying. The sparkle eyed face doesn't help much either. When it came, it was insanely taped up. It took me almost ten minutes (with scissors) to get this thing free so it was insanely wrinkled when I did free it. Which only added to the um... Interesting look it already had going on for it. I plan on running it through the dryer just to try and get some of the wrinkles out. I'm hoping that helps a bit. Over all, it is very cute but my mind being in the gutter makes it a tad questionable.

My daughter is a *huge* axolotl fan, so I knew that getting this for her to snuggle with would bring a big smile to her face. I received the axolotl scrunched up in a package, but I was expecting this as typically that's how sellers ship larger stuffed animals. It did have a bit of an unpleasant smell upon opening, but that went away pretty quickly. It's also wrinkled from the packaging, but I haven't tried to toss it in a dryer on fluff, just yet. This isn't stellar quality, but it is good enough quality to give as a gift to your kids. I do wish the arms/gills/tail were a bit bigger, but it's still cute.
