This drain hose is terrible. It kinks, and does NOT do well in the heat. We used it for only one week in the full sun, and the hose would feel like it was melting. The fittings and clamps were fine, but the tubing just doesn't work in the hot conditions one would expect for an air conditioner drainage hose. It almost feels like the tubing for a fish tank.I would NOT recommend this drain hose.

This fits my A/C perfectly. You will need to leave the plastic tubing in the sun to melt the creases from it being folded for delivery.

Both the hoses come tightly wrapped, so they are bent and have like 8 kinks that wouldn't unroll straight, so when you hook it up to the AC and the hose is not placed straight, would bend right back at the kink, and the water gets stuck there draining out of the AC. The hose feels durable and sturdy, and fits perfect with the AC. I wish they thought about this issue because I love the quality of it. Too bad I can't use them.

I had misplaced the hoses for two of my portable AC units, so I decided to try this. The hoses were slightly too big to fit snuggly on the connector on the AC unit, but the hose clamp tightened it up perfectly!
