Bought this when the pipe for the spray douche started to look a bit manky and realised our bathroom fitter hasn't actually fitted an isolator for the water supply...The area for the pipe outlet is tight and didn't want anything too big and heavy that would need wall mounting etc.This is perfect. Fitted just before the flexible shower pipe, screwed in on same thread. Replacement shower pipe screwed on the other end no issues. Used some ptfe tape on both connections just to be sure.Works a treat. No Leaks after 3 months, only tried the isolator a few times, since I just want it for emergencies, pipe changes but it completely stops the flow. Looks neat and has a smooth motion that doesn't require too much force, while not being loose.Perfect for my application...

I had a problem with the shower in that I could not shut the valve off! The engineer could not come out to fix it for about five or six weeks, it was only about four or five months old at the time I think, this was at the time of the first lockdown, (despite the wife being a key worker.) I saw this and thought that I would give it a try, even though the valve couldn`t be shut off this did the trick perfectly `til the engineer came out to fix it, apparently, there was a small piece of limescale that was stuck in the shut-off valve which meant that it could not be shut off completely. This worked, great.

Simple and easy to use shower shut off valve. Great if you have separate hot and cold taps feeding the shower, this allows you change the pressure without messing up the temperature... Also helps with saving water!

Bought in November 2022, and still using it on my boat to save water while showering.Being on a boat, one has a limited amount of water, so saving as much as possible is a good idea. One can remove the existing hose at the faucet, and install this valve at that point. This allows one to temporarily turn off the flow to the shower head with one control, rather than the separate hot/cold taps, allowing one to keep the balance between the two and thus the temperature when turning back on. No more fiddling about with the taps trying to get it correct after restarting the water flow.No issues with the shower head dripping either.Note: this will only work if the hot and cold pressure at the taps are equal. Using this with a gravity fed hot water system in this way would be a very bad idea and may result in your property being flooded.

Fitted this shut-off valve to fix a dripping shower head but it's turned out to be really useful. Instead of trying to turn the mixer controls with soapy hands we can shut the water off just by pushing the little lever over. Saving water as well.Every shower should have one.

Looks good unfortunately it doesn’t shut off completely it drips

100% did the job that was needed. We had a dripping shower head once switched off, couldn't resolve, was looking for a replacement shower head with a stop button but came across this, thought it was worth a try. Worked a treat

The product is functional, however quality of finishing is bad ie it has rough edges which could cut, if you are not careful

Je viens d'installer très facilement cet article sur la pomme de douche... Le système fonctionne bien, il est facile à manipuler et ne fuit pas.

Ho acquistato questo articolo per porre rimedio alla chiusura non perfetta di un miscelatore doccia che, nonostante fosse stato sostituito nel tempo per ben 3 volte, a distanza di mesi presenta sempre il medesimo difetto di chiusura. Ho risolto alla grandissima senza dover procedere all’ennesima sostituzione del miscelatore. Consigliatissimo!

Me encanta, es super pequeña y asi puedo abrir o cerrar un segundo grifo sin cerrar la llave de antes, ni modificar la llave de la pared.Calidad muy buena.
