These are pretty flimsy so they were slightly harder to manage. However they still worked for what I needed them. Just wish the material was a little thicker.

This silicone bar mold is pretty nice for both chocolate work and baking. I love that silicone is safe for both hot and cold applications, so it can go in the freezer to chill chocolate into a firm shape as well as into the oven to bake rectangular cookies and cakes. The molded food comes out pretty easy, since the silicone is flexible and nonstick. The silicone was in great shape when it arrived, with no misshapen sections and consistent thickness and size of the cavities. These are well sized for snack portions, in my opinion.

Love these chocolate mold bars , I use it to poor my cashew cheese leftovers & freeze it & use them as needed, love the smaller portions of this mold, great silicone mold, versatile & functional!
