Super finely ground Holy Basil powder, with no fillers and is certified organic. You get a pretty large amount of powder for the price.I am a fan of holy basil leaves in thai recipes, but having a hard time figuring out what else I can use this powder for besides in a tea or smoothie. It would be nice if some recipes or suggestions were included on the package.

High quality ingredients that are uncommon and not easily found in my local grocery store. Nice to have options for pure spices that can be used in recipes and aren't part of some ethnic spice mix.The package is secure and keeps it from getting damaged or leaking in shipping. As long as you're careful to keep the powder and debris out of the seam, it can be resealed pretty airtight. That's important to me because I don't like to scrap the powder after a single recipe, but it's also not something I'm going to use everyday or get through very quickly.Tastes good, great aroma from the basil powder. Easy to use.
