Hosa PWP-461 IEC Power Cable - 8 Feet

I needed a longer power cable to wall mount my TV and run the cable down the cable management and this worked perfectly also it is a high quality soft case not them stiff crappy ones.

The cord was not polarized as advertised. The end that would have gone into my TV was keyed (polarized) but the blades on the plug were the same size so it could be plugged in either way. If you use this and do not get the polarity correct, you could potentially damage some very expensive electronics. I did not use the cord as I did not want to make a polarity mistake.

Power cord was just as expected. It is important to make sure before ordering that the appliance end matches the physical connector configuration, for example round/round connector or flat/round configuration.

I bought this to replace a power cord to my DVD player that was lost during a move. This fits and works perfect. I would buy this again.

I ordered this "polarized" cord for use with vintage equipment that requires a polarized cord. This item has a non polarized wall plug and is of no use to me. Money spent waisted!

IEC C7 end is indeed polarized. The NEMA1-15P end (the plug for the wall outlet) is *not*. This is unsafe and should not be used.
