This stuff really gives you a buzz, but beware the taste is not palatable as it is chalky and has a terrible aftertaste.

Decent Kava
Reasonably decent kava. Very good for relaxation and sleep. Only downside is it has small pieces of root, enough to taste and see, but not enough to want to strain.

Good for daytime
Pretty good daytime kava, I find it odd that people order kava and then expect it to not taste like a bitter ground root. Who buys kava for taste? lol

I followed the directions except instead of water I used milk and what a awful taste. Chalky to expensive it did help me sleep better and it is good quality

Perfect for getting things done
Overall the kava has been great for helping me just sit down and get work done. It's allowed me to stay focused and energized throughout the entire day. While it seems contradicting I have also slept amazing while taking it. I've had a lot of vivid dreams but still wake up ready to go. The taste is pretty rough as expected but taking it in my protein shakes after a work out seems to be best for me.
