The media could not be loaded. We love our automatic lock for its versatility and convenience. It can be unlocked in several ways: with a key, a keypad using a PIN, fingerprint recognition, or even by voice through Google Assistant (though a PIN is still required for voice control).We can set the lock to stay open for extended periods during special events, making it easy for guests to come and go. For visitors staying longer, we can temporarily add their fingerprints, allowing them convenient access.The lock features a camera, so we can see who’s at the door and communicate with them. It also has a doorbell button, though we wish it had a bit more volume, but it’s sufficient for our needs.The unit runs on batteries, which typically last 8 months to a year, depending on usage. Overall, it offers a great combination of convenience and reliability.

It works great. Easy to install, but you might have to make a little adjustment where the lock connects to the door frame. Other than that, I enjwking up to my door not having to pull out keys. Just place my finger on the lock and open.

I’m very happy with this purchase. The lock has a plethora of features and capabilities from within the app and on the lock itself.Installation instructions were not terribly difficult to follow and just in case you can’t understand them, they have links to videos!The one problem I see with this lock: the screen locking option (an option in settings that allows you to lock it by touching the screen) is EXTREMELY SENSITIVE! I swear 2 out of 10 times I go to shut the door and some part of my body ever so lightly comes in contact with that screen and BAM! The deadbolt comes out before the door shuts… annoying. But 2/10 frequency isn’t a deal breaker. It’s probably just a habit I need to change.

I recommend this door lock. It's easy to setup and use and has a very clear picture.

I loved this lock, it was going to be my go to gift for all, this year. It was GREAT until the batteries died 3 weeks in. Has never worked again, no video. no audio, no remote unlock. Reboots don't work, instructions for reboots are wrong wifi hub refuses to work . Press this reset, go over there and press that reset hit PR, there's no PR. Hit the reset on the "wifi" gateway wait for it to turn blue... nope that doesn't work either. But hey atleast you can use the Bluetooth, oh no you can't, because now lock isn't found. Lock we are showing in the app, yup the one you can see? Nope just doesn't exist. Great in theory, horrible in practice. Just say NO!!

The media could not be loaded. I was looking to upgrade from our traditional deadbolt lock to a smart lock, and after a few hours of research, I made the best choice. It’s not like any other on Amazon. This lock not only has all the great features of a smart lock but it integrates a video doorbell camera too!!! I love this innovation. At first, I thought this is a new release, however, when I called their customer support, who were super patient and walked me through all their innovation, I found out that they had a ton of great reviews from media and customers. I feel more comfortable knowing this product has been around for over a year now.Installation was very easy, it has the 3D step-by-step instructions on the BILT app. It only took me 20 min to install. The hub and the app were super easy to install, it connected right away and walked me through the setup. Adding each member of my families’ fingerprints to the lock was a breeze and makes unlocking the door easy and fun. The camera is great for seeing who is at the door when we are not in our main living area and when we are away from home. Everyone who comes over comments on how great our new lock looks. I also use the OAC feature that only works for 2 hours each afternoon for my friends to help me walk our dog! Great experience! We love all the features so far and am looking forward to using all the other features that this lock has to offer. Strongly recommend!!!

Exceeded my expectations of performance. Very easy to install and set up. I love that you have so many options to unlock the door, fingerprint, ekey, key and app. It has doorbell that rings to phone, camera for door, records motion and two way communication at door. It records every entry and sends log to phone. I got it in aged mahogany finish to match door. I’m more than impressed with how this lock works.

We thought we woukd give it a little time to adjust from our Schlage to this brand. It beeps on its own out of no where. The door bell goes off when no one is there. Does not take fingerprint all the time. Just very frustrated with it. Just a lot of money for nothing
