Didn't make it 4 miles before it was coming off.
I prepped the hard phone case with alcohol for a good adhesion and still couldn't make it one ride. They claim to use 3M, and many of us have used it, it doesn't fail. Definitely not 3M and without this, this whole kit is a loss.

Excellent product!
I bought this not knowing whether it would work with a comparable brand that is highly advertised, and to my delight, it does work with my existing phone case. This unit come with the vibration stand and the necessary hardware to install it. Everything works as it should and I found that mounting and dismounting my phone works better than the brand named comparable product that is much more expensive. This is a great item for anyone considering it.

More than Meets the Eye
There is more to this cycle phone mount than the product listing would lead you to believe. There are several features not mentioned or glossed over in the listing. First, the mount is highly adjustable and can be assembled in several configurations. The circular joints that are held together by screws have gear-like interfaces that allow the component alignment to be adjusted in approximate 15 degree increments. Most commonly, the user could place the arm left, right, forward or backward in relation to the handlebar clamp. They could also choose to dispense with the arm completely. In addition, mine came with an optional shock isolation piece with three rubber cushions arranged in a triangle. This piece is mentioned in the product listing but is not shown in the photos. It isn't even shown on the box illustrations. Perhaps mine was included accidentally. If so, the isolation piece is also available separately here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08JGGDQSK/ref=sspa_mw_detail_0?ie=UTF8&psc=1&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9waG9uZV9kZXRhaWwp13NParamsTo me, the mount is best suited for a road or commuter bicycle. I would not trust the adhesive patch to hold up over time at motorcycle speeds. In full configuration the mount takes up a significant amount of limited handlebar real estate too.The mount of made of plastic but seems quite sturdy and well constructed. The instructions only state the obvious and mention nothing about adjustability but that is fairly easy to figure out on your own. Two Allen wrenches are included to make the configuration adjustments if you so desire.
