I love the set of pans.
The pans are exactly what I have been looking for. They fit my hot box perfectly. I haven't used them yet but I'm sure they will work fine. Great quality and weight.

Great for large parties
These pans hold a ton of food and are safe to use in an oven. I haven't used them to cook anything yet, but they are great for holding smoked meats at temperature until serving time. You can fit a whole cooked brisket in one with room to spare.They also fit well I'm my fridge and are stackable so I can prep salads and other cold items ahead of time and keep them cold.They're thin, but sturdy. And easy to clean. And the value isn't bad, 100 dollars for 6 full size hotel trays is almost a steal.I have also used them to brine and marinade meats. I currently have a 14 lb brisket curing to be made into pastrami. I'm using one pan to hold the meat and brine, and another with a weight inside on top of it to keep the meat submerged.

Pans stackable not lids
This is going to be great for family bbqs and parties. Pan sizes are large enough. Can hold a lot of food. The lids are great. The pans are stackable but the lids are not.
