Here is a little trick I learned from doing a few of the paint by numbers. When you get the canvas it has creases. Use a steam iron on both sides to get them out. Since it didn't come with a frame, I bought a 16x20 canvas at hobby lobby. Put the canvas you are going to paint on top of the canvas you bought. Stretch it and use thumbtacks to keep it in place on the back. Easier to paint and when complete you can hang it on the wall.

This DYI project is very easy to make- I gave it to my 9yo who is into arts and she did it in 2 days. beautiful

I loved PBNs when I was a teen (back in the 1960’s. I’m 75 now). With the pandemic upon us, I decided to buy a kit for relaxation. Amazon was offering this one on Prime Day, so I bought it.What I liked:1. There was more than enough paint in the kit to finish the project.2. The paint was of reasonable quality, IMO. Some of the colors were too light to cover the numbers, but this should be expected. You will find this to be true in ANY PBN kit, because the lighter colors do not cover. Some folks use “white out”, or a white Sharpie pen (I bought one here on Amazon) to cover the number, then let it dry before painting over it.What I didn’t like:The canvas arrives folded. I’ve since learned that many PBN kits are shipped rolled up so that there are no creases. I tried ironing the canvas (a few times), and placing a large book on it for a few days (waste of time). I WAS able to remove most of the creases, but not totally, but then I reasoned that this purchase was an experiment before spending money on a more expensive kit, so I went ahead with it.Before beginning to paint, I bought a stretcher frame and mounted the canvas. I learned later that you don’t have to mount it before painting.If you are in the same position I was in when I began, I highly recommend searching YouTube videos. There is a wealth of information there from people who can give highly respected advice on this hobby (PBN), and can also save you money on supplies.

I bought this to relax during quarantine. It has been a great pastime. My only complaint is that some of the paint is thicker than others. So, I have needed to go over the light blue color with multiple coats.

It's a very nice picture, but the plastic covered canvas comes folded up with no instructions on how to remove the creases. The paint pots are very small and hard to open.

I'm glad I bought this; it's a fun, easy, relaxing change of pace that I pick up and put down as time permits. The canvus is made of a natural fiber and was creased from packaging. I laid it out with the numbered side down, damp sprayed it with water and ironed on a low heat. The creases came out. Written instructions are on the back of the box. I've just started it but the paint and brushes seem sufficient enoygh for the project. After all, it only costs $11. I'm looking forward to painting this and seeing what the ultimate outcome is.

Folded up paper that won't lay flat and print to small and faint to see well. I expected a firm canvas with numbers on the board and I just paint it. Disappointed

A LOVELY PAINTING TO DO THE FLOWERS FELT AS IF YOU COULD TOUCH THEM EXCELLENT

Dieses Mohnblumenbild Dancing flower ist ein hübsches Motiv, das mit zarten Linien auf das Leinen gedruckt wurde, so dass es gut sichtbar ist, aber doch leicht zu überdecken. Das ist definitiv ein Vorteil gegenüber anderen Herstellern, wo an den Knickstellen bereits Farbe fehlte bzw man mehrmals die störenden Linien übermalen musste. 🟢Auch sind alle Ziffern gut zu lesen und vollständig im richtigen Feld aufgedruckt, was sonst häufig nicht der Fall ist. 🟢Die Farbe deckt sehr gut, trocknet schnell und glänzt. Super. 🟢 Sie riecht etwas muffig nach Lösungsmittel. 🟡Die Pinsel sind so mittelmäßig wie bei allen anderen auch. Sollten Haare überstehen, kann man sie vorsichtig kürzen. 🟡Leider stimmen die Farben nicht mit dem beigelegten Bild überein. Es scheint aber trotzdem in sich zu passen. 🟠Auch das Bild auf Amazon hat mehr Details als das mitgeschickte Bild, was dem Aufdruck entspricht. 🟢Die Farbe Nr 4 gibt es jetzt doppelt, es ist also genug Farbe da.Total übel fand ich nur, dass das Bild 4x gefalten geliefert wird. Alle anderen Lieferanten falten nur 2x. Perfekt wäre es gerollt. Die Knicke bekommt man auf Stufe 2 mit dem Bügeleisen auf der Rückseite gebügelt!! einigermaßen glatt, aber leider nicht ganz. 🔴Ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Artikel und empfehle ihn eingeschränkt.Und ich freue mich auf das fertige Gemälde.

Zum Glück nicht so grau wie auf dem vorschaubild. Aber die Knicke und falten sind unfassbar ärgerlich, ich hab sie nicht richtig raus bekommen und beim bügeln hat sich das Tuch verzogen... Aber motiv super, Farben super und ausreichend. Eins der Bilder, wo man kaum nachbessern muss.
