Works great
I don’t print often, but I’ve managed to produce several documents with this ink, and they look fantastic. The last ink I tried was terrible, but this set has performed really well. Both the black and color prints came out looking great. I’ve been using it for a month, so I can’t speak to its longevity yet, but at such a reduced price, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another set!

Does your HP printer still have the smart HP cartridges installed.
My printer is an Office Jet Pro that came with a free trial ink subscription. My HP magenta cartridge ran out of ink so I ordered a complete set of 962XL cartridges from Sailner. I replaced just the empty cartridge but the printer (HP) rejected it and wouldn't print at all. What I found out is all four of the smart cartridges had to be replaced the first time. Once I did that, the printer started working. Now, I can just replace individual cartridges when they become empty.

Finally a compatible ink for the HP e series!
After replacing my old HP printer with a new e series I was shocked that buying compatible ink was hard to find. The cartridges have some sort of sensor in them which causes the printer to not accept any ink thats not OEM. This brand works like a charm. Ran out of yellow first and popped the replacement cartridge in, worked just like the HP brand. No frustrating messages this time! Thank you for saving me money from the HP ink! Plus just unwrap and put in the printer-very easy to install.

First set I received ad a bad cartridge
The first set I recieved had a bad cartridge. The seller quickly sent a replacment set. The replacment works fine the only comment I have is that the printer recognized them as remanufactured and gave a warning about that.

Arrived quickly. No problem with installation. I'm working on a pretty saturated project and this ink has performed great so far.
