This is a truly amazing product - It not only separates my baby fine hair by layer so that it looks fuller but it also helps my hair keep its shape until next washing. No other styling product I have used has delivered promised results like this one. Easy to use though Before first use you have to pump several times to get the product flowing (the clear gel activator may start flowing before the white cream - you just have to keep pumping until both come out together). Also avoid leaving it on its side or upside down (tossed in a drawer or bin) as the pump may need repriming as noted above.
