Easy to use and effective

This belt has a decent design with air columns, vibration massage, hot compress, and air traction, and offers back support. It is helping my back pain, I like the compression and heating. The cordless battery means I can use it on the go.It fits a lot of waist sizes and just about fits my waist. If you have a waist larger than 48 inches you might need a bigger belt or an extension.

There is a power button, a timer button (15/25/40 minutes), a temperature button (low/medium/high) and a start button. The belt powers off once the time is up.The hand pump is easy to inflate the belt and it cannot be over-inflated. The belt got tighter as I inflated it but it was comfortable. It is easy to wear around the house while doing chores and does not affect movement. The heat is a nice option and is the reason that I ordered it. I have had 2 back fusions at 3 levels (L3-S1) and heat helps. I much prefer this belt to a heating pad as you are able to walk around and you don’t have to lay stationary as you do with a heating pad.I definitely recommend this belt for anyone that has back issues. It is sturdy, well made, decompresses well, and the heating option is nice to have.

This waist brace provides incredible comfort to my lower back. It does all of these great things and all I have to do is put it on and relax. At first glance it looks a little complicated but once I familiarized myself by reading the instructions, it’s very simple. I enjoy decompressing the spine and I love the addition of the heat. I like the fact that I can put it on and still complete my chores and activities without pain. It comes with an extension pad for those who need a little extra room. This waist brace is very nicely designed and very comfortable. I know this is an item that I will use often.

This worked great for me. The instructions made sense and it was straightforward to use after reading them. It was comfortable and the heat was definitely appreciated. Glad I got it, it'll continue to get used!
