The Maxi-flex gloves run small on their sizes, I would order the extra large.

Yes, I do all the time. Of all the gloves I have used, they seem to work best for a touch phone.

Q: I use large, is the size true to fit?

Yes. Could be a little tight at first. I use xl and at first they are snug. They do loosen up

Q: Do these survive from continous box cutting and handling?

I don't know about box cutting, but I handle about 200-300 5 gallon water bottles per day and these last me about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks.
