Ordered 20 lbs for a 31x31" bag unfortunately it took another 30 lbs of filler to fill not a happy camper

I got this to fill our punching and kicking bag but to not be too heavy. It was compressed in the package and had a good amount. It easily filled the bag and felt like I got a good value.

Purchase was great. No concerns. Did expand, but still needed 2 bags. Reasonably priced.

Granddaughter beanbag needed filling.

I used this to fill out a bean bag chair that became flat over time and it worked so well. The chair is really comfortable now.

we were very disappointed in the quality of this filler. it was promised to have no odor...and it did AND if is NOT sturdy enough for humans. we could not return it because as soon as you open the bag it ripples in size

This stuff worked great to fillMy kids bean bag that the styrofoam balls had gone flat. I did need to purchase a second one so you may want a bit extra to fill your item.

Reasons To Buy+ Nice soft filling for multiple applications. I got this to supplement the foam in my pillow.+ Depending on your pillow preferences, many memory foam pillows may not include enough extra filling to get the loft you want. For example, I prefer a firm, high loft pillow. Most of the pillows I buy don't have enough filling provided, so I often need to scavenge foam from other pillows to get the comfort level I need. Being able to buy a large amount of memory foam on its own is useful for me.+ While it has a mild scent when new, it's not that strong in terms of off-gassing.+ Comes in a vacuum sealed bag, and doesn't look like much, but it expands to *almost* the size of a regular pillow. When opening, I'd suggest having a large, clean bag to put the foam fragments into, especially if you don't intend to use it all at once. You won't be able to reuse the packaging it came in. I used a pillow sized vacuum storage bag.Nitpicks / Hit or Miss* It's hard to say if 2.5 lbs is enough for your application, so it may be hard to calculate how many multiples of 2.5 lbs you will need. I suggest buying one bag, opening it, and then evaluate whether you need to buy more.Reasons Not To Buy- Memory foam isn't cheap. Which is why this foam sells for more than $10 a pound. For example, when you buy a memory foam pillow, it can easily cost $100, and most of that cost is the memory foam.

I've had shredded memory foam, even from well established brands, that are really dusty. Dusty not from dirt or anything, but from the memory foam cutting process, or from the breakdown of the foam itself when rubbing against each other. This pack thankfully has absolutely none of that, and the foam does indeed not smell like off-gassing polyurethane, but just like your typical memory foam smell I guess is the best way to describe it.The pieces are in a very varied size, some pieces being the size of a birch leaf. None are extremely thick though, and since the material is very soft (and yes, regains its shape very readily, which is the rebound mentioned in the listing--it isn't bouncy by any means), the large variety of random sizes and shapes fills spaces densely.Overall, I think this is a really good quality product. I do wish it was cheaper, given that it is technically shavings from mattress and pillow manufacturing, but at least it is really clean.

Mon oreiller favori utilise un rembourrage très similaire à cette mousse mémoire déchiquetée! Il était arrivé trop gonflé et j'avais utilisé le rembourrage en trop pour mettre dans des coussins, qui sont devenus les favoris de toute la famille. J'étais donc bien contente de pouvoir en commander pour remplir d'autres coussins!Les copeaux de mousse sont livrés dans un emballage sous vide vraiment tout petit. Ne vous y méprenez pas: ça prend une bonne expansion!La mousse mémoire a vraiment parfois une odeur particulière qui persiste quelques jours... pour ce produit, c'est perceptible, mais très peu.Avec 2.5 livres, il y a suffisamment de copeaux pour remplir 2 gros coussins.

Likes:- Foam filling is heavier than it looks, I ordered 2.5 lbs and the package was quite heavy- The foam pieces has some adhesive that helps them stick together when filling my beam bag, it was much easier than having loose foam pieces that tend to spill every where- After loosely separating the foam pieces they started to expend inside of my bean bag coverDislikes:- They are still quite soft and to support my bean bag I would need much denser foam to support my weight- They are pricey for the amount received, to properly fill my bean bag I would need at least 20 lbs of filling so it can get pricey after I order the required amount

When I 1st got this, I was quite skeptical it would fill anything based on the thinness of the package.I opened it, and it slowly started expanding and overflowing from the table it was on, much to my amazement.It's memory foam cutoffs or byproducts, so the value for your money is not quite there compared to styrofoam beads.Being memory foam, it will compress and expand accordingly, so it was great for the edges of my bean bag, and filled them out nicely.I would use it as a supplementary filling, in addition to styrofoam rigid beans.
