Same as the other reviewer above. We had this stored as a backup for our existing compressor fan motor. The existing motor failed and we went to install this one. The shaft was seized and it wouldn't turn on. Way past return period, so we're out of luck. Won't be ordering from this source again.

Motor arrived in good condition. Installed and wired to 208-230v. The motor will not start. Faulty right out of the box. Did not get around to installing until just after the return window. Bummer..!
