This gadget lights up the room and creates such a fun vibe. It's multi use alarm/clock/white noise machine proves that a tiny little thing can pack such a punch! It is the perfect addition to any bedroom, for any age. I appreciate the many different choices for white noise and adorable little smily face. The Star projector is my favorite feature, and adds a wonder ambiance to my night time routine.

This projector was so awesome. I really felt like I was out in space it was very real like and easy to put together.

I do really like this alarm clock/ projector however I feel like the price is too high. It's really bright and the projector makes beautiful colors and patterns on the ceiling. Overall it's a very nice device and it works well. Its both easy and not easy to use. I say that because setting it up can be a little challenging. You can adjust the projector to different colors and the alarm sounds. I don't think it's worth the price tho and in my opinion you could get something similar way cheaper. I read another review that called it an overpriced alarm clock and Im going to agree with them. It's basically an overpriced or glorified alarm clock.

These lights are amazing! The kids sie there in awe. Ages from 5 to teenagers love it It would make a great gift! There are so many colors that swerve together differently every time! I would definitely recommend to anyone, Glad we found it!

The LED Projection Alarm Clock with the Star Projection and Soothing Noises is perfect for my son’s bedroom. It definitely creates a relaxing area for him to fall asleep faster, and it worked. Quality is good, works great and definitely worth the money. Just a little smaller than I expected.

This is a nice little night-light/white noise generator for babies/toddlers.Keep it up on a shelf out of reach- it's very lightweight, and feels like if it were dropped, it would break.The light display is really cool... I have to admit, I'll probably put it in my room for a bit just to watch the nebula stuff... it's a bit hypnotic lol.The white noise selections are mostly a bit jarring... but there are 2-3 out of the 20 that worked for me. We'll see if some of them work for my grandson. He's 1-1/2 and loves a similar item I got for him a while back. My daughter had a white noise generator she used for him when he was a baby, and with another baby coming next month, white noise combined with the light show might make bedtime a little easier for her!The reason I docked it a point is due to the ridiculous face they put on it... a grown up doesn't want anything like that on their alarm clock. Neither would a teenager. It isn't clever, or cute, it's just kind of dumb. So it's pretty much limited to little kids.

The media could not be loaded. Several people have commented on the smiley face and the fact that it is annoying and perhaps more suited to children. However, as someone who has used an electric toothbrush with a clock and timer function that presents a smiley face when you have brushed your teeth for long enough, I don’t have any issues with it as it is cheery. The display itself does have a ‘haze’ around the individual elements as commented on by one other reviewer, so the individual elements aren’t distinct. There also isn’t any ability to dim the display if you find it too bright. Personally, I can’t sleep with too much ambient light. For my partner and I the stand out feature is the full colour nebula effect. Sitting watching the colour swirl slowly across the ceiling is hypnotic and soothing. We put the clock onto the floor to get the maximum effect. Yes, the pattern repeats quite quickly, but that is part of the hypnotic effect. As has been mentioned by other reviewers, some of the sounds to accompany the light display aren’t that soothing, but there is something there for everyone. Personally, we like either the rain drops or the waves, but the waves is our first choice. Watching the nebula and listening to the waves for 10 minutes or so before bedtime is really soothing.One thing to bear in mind is the further from the surface to be projected on, the better the effect. If sited on a bedside table the nebula effect will be smaller than if on the floor in the same room. It is worth experimenting with the location of the projector to get the best effect.

This is quite fun as a novelty alarm clock, and would be a suitable gift for kids aged about 7-13. The light display is quite good – with a number of variations to play with. There are 20 background sound themes to choose from (jungle sounds, rainstorm, waves on the beach, etc.), and the device even functions as a Bluetooth speaker, so you can play your own music whilst watching the light show. HOWEVER, it costs just under £70, which makes it a very expensive toy/gift; and for this price I feel it has a number of shortcomings:• Its primary purpose is as an alarm clock, which means it needs to be plugged into a power source. Yes, it is rechargeable but that just allows you to take it somewhere else to play with for a few hours. It comes with a USB cable but you are supposed to provide your own USB plug to connect it to the mains. For this price I expect it to come with its own power source.• No batteries are provided for the remote control, which is just stingy.• There is an annoying smiley face on the clock display, which can’t be turned off.• The remote control includes buttons to change the clock setting. Why? There are buttons on the clock itself to do this, and once set you shouldn’t need to do it again any time soon – except that when using the remote it is easy to press the wrong button and mess up the time setting

The RTJoy 3 in 1 Star Projector with LED Alarm Clock is a decent enough device. My toddler likes to watch the nebula projection on the ceiling and loves to hear the sounds, and from having the choice of 20 sounds (birds, nature, rain etc) she is fascinated. The clock and alarm functions are a bit hit and miss, we did not like the smiley face and the blinking date is a bit annoying. The controls can be a bit confusing although the remote control works well. The build of the orb feels a bit not so sturdy, but so far we have had no issues. The orb came charged and ready to use, it can be recharged or just kept plugged into the wall socket. Overall, a decent device.

I’ve wanted one of these for so sooooo long... Erm, sorry, correction: I’ve been meaning to buy one of these for my little boy for a long time… Nah, actually scrap that… I just want one… And now that I have one, it is one of the best things I’ve bought in a long time! If you’re reading this review and thinking about buying one of these, stop reading this review, and add this bad boy to Cart.Who wouldn’t want a little device that when you press a button, it shows the Northern Lights and stars around your room, whilst changing colours, playing music or playing sound effects - this thing is awesome! Sometimes you look at pictures on a review listing, and you think to yourself “Yeah, but you’ve edited that photo, so there’s no way it’s going to look like that” - wellll, not this time my friends, because this thing is SO much cooler in person. The item itself is a slightly inclined unit, with a transparent, light fixture at the top, it also has an infrared sensor for the remote, and a laser LED to produce the visuals. Top that off with a timer setting, colour selection setting, Bluetooth option (so you can play your own music, and sync the visuals to the base), as well as a choice of sleep, inducing sound effects such as white noise, lullaby, stream and bonfire and you have yourself a pretty amazing little gadget here, all nearly wrapped up with a USB cable…. And I love it…I am not sure what else I can say about this to recommend it to people, because I absolutely love this thing, I promise my little boy he could have this his bedroom, but honestly, my jealousy is going to go through the roof haha, I’m going to have to get another one of these, because I want the northern lights in my bedroom also, man I love this thing!
