FamagHSS-G Set of 19 Twist Drill Bits for Wood

These bits are not cheap but my goodness they are the best I have used ever. Sharp to the point you really need to be careful handling them. They eject chips nicely, cut superbly in hard and soft woods and the case is pretty neat too. The bits spring up as you open the box. I wouldn't dream of using them for anything other than careful woodworking. These are not bits for general DIY and house bashing!

A pleasure to use. Sharp and strong, goes through soft and hard woods with minimal effort and great accuracy. Particularly happy with choosing the set with all the half millimetre sizes also.

These are excellent quality, probably the best wood drills you can buy. They cut clean round holes, spot on size, and they cut fast. No splinters, use a backing board to prevent tear out as they punch through though. They're pretty good in hand tools, but SO much better in a pillar drill if you have one. Not the cheapest, but probably the best.

These are excellent, I've used them in a pillar drill and hand held drill. Though they are not intended for use in a battery powered drill, they still cut perfectly clean holes when using one. Worth the extra cost over the average wood drill bit set.

Probably the sharpest drill bits I’ve ever used. Accurate sizes and make very clean holes.

Nice looking set of drills. However I am not sure if my set has already been used, the drills are covered in dust that looks like they have already drilled wood and the 1.5mm drill is silver where all of the other drills are a gold colour, so is that silver one a replacement or all they all like that?

What can you say other than top-notch wood drill bits for drill press/stand!
