This PC is perfect for gaming. I love how well it preforms when I play Kerbal Space Program, Snowrunner, and GTAV.It was super easy to set up, and has great performance.The WifI works well, Mouse and keyboard look great. The soundbar is rechargeable and has a much better sound than others I've tried.Overall I am extremely happy with this purchase.

I've had this PC for 5 months now. The physical setup was easy. Packaging was great. But it took 2 days of fighting with it to get the sound to work at all. I got that working and all seemed well, aside from the wi-fi issues that seem to be common here. Fast forward to today. I go to turn on the PC, and it's just dead. I tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps for a PC that won't turn on and nothing. Oh, there is a blue light indicating that the power supply does indeed have power, but the rest of it? Completely dead. And i haven't moved it since i set it up. I'm not thrilled. All the small issues could be dealt with and ignored. This? This is a genuine problem.ETA: customer service is a couple of copy and paste messages and they give you a phone number that only goes to a sketchy voicemail.

At first I worried about getting this but it works so well and comes so well, at first it says not to use some ports but don’t listen to it, the main one is in the back bottom right import if using it to connect to your monitor! It also comes with an internet port so make sure you use it! It’s speedy and the screen colors work so well! It’s compatibility work so well. I honestly would get this for my brother once it’s his birthday and it’s cheek for how good it is.

The media could not be loaded. This thing is a beast right out of the box easy fast setup playing games in the highest setting in less than an hour from unboxing. i was playing games pc exclusive games like bodycam, house party, sons of the forest, gta 5m RP servers with all on the ultra/highest graphic settings with out a stutter or hiccup. There is a total of 9 fans keeping this thing cool is no problem and it’s super quiet no spaceship or vacuum sounds lol. You have to get the amd 5700 version those other 2 models they offer with smaller graphics cards for cheaper are junk. Came with a really LOUD Bluetooth sound bar could be used for the living room it’s so loud, came with wired mouse and keyboard that are okay but I already had a wireless mouse n keyboard, came with the rgb mouse pad which pretty nice, overall definitely worth the money, I also play onmy Xbox series x and this pc makes the Xbox games look like from PlayStation 2 in comparison

Easy to unpack, set up and start up! Runs flawlessly! Highly recommend this PC! Amazon did drop the ball on the promised delivery date and carrier information! Waa promised 4/22, came 4/26... way to go Amazon....

i was so ready to come give this pc an amazing review. came packaged safely, start up was easy, everything worked great. until last night. i suddenly got a bunch of errors and now the pc turns on and does nothing else. i only download games from steam and have probably only played a total of 10 hours since ive gotten it. i believe the cause is a faulty ram. in contact for a refund/replacement and praying that goes smoothly. if you’re trying to just save a few dollars, it’s not worth the stress and disappointment, save for one from a real pc building company/website or build your own. so disappointed and not looking forward to dealing with the return and refund/replacement.- i’d just buy a new ram but im not 100% sure it is the issue, would rather go thru amazons refund process then buy more parts that might not be the issue and miss my chance for this problem to be fixed thru amazon
