This is my second bottle of this brand. I have to say I feel more focused and calm then I ever did with the brand I was purchasing which was 3x the amount. I love the potency of the product and if you’ve ever tried any other SAME-e products you would be able to tell that the quality of this brand really does surpass all others. Not only do I feel a change in my mood and focus, I’m also noticing that my joint feel so much better while working out and I have more stamina to get through a session very early in the morning and the feeling naturally carries through the workday. Seems alright so far. Need more time to make a full decision on it. The pill size isn't too large so it's easy to add into a supplement stack.

Switched from Nature Made brand about a year ago....will never switch back. Have taken SAM-E for years and Newt is just as effective but much more cost efficient! Thanks, Ron

I changed to this brand since the pricing was better than a brand I was using previously and this one was 100 mg stronger per capsule. It seems to be just as effective for me as the other brand but I did notice a VERY strong odor in the bottle. For now I'll deal with it as it doesn't seem to have affected the capsules themselves but I may have to another brand if it gets any stronger than what it is now.

Since I have been taking SAM-e I have noticed a real improvement in my mood and over-all well being. It helps with my stress and I have not noticed any side effects. I prefer this natural option over prescription meds.
