Nice and big! Easy to set into my window though and the side panels reach perfectly. Cools so well!! I love that the temp goes down to 61 degrees if you like to sleep nice and cold like we do. Not noisy considering its size. No water leakage. Very comfortable. Comes with a great remote. Definitely recommend.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Seemed to be a decent looking product. Delivery was fast and on time. Nice looking A/C. Actually lighter to carry compared to others I’ve had. Plugged it in and ran it straight away. Blew cold air right from the start. So far it is working well. I’ll repost if something happens.

We got our AC earlier than expected so I am very thankful for that. We are in the middle of a huge heat warning and I’m 36 weeks pregnant so it’s been miserable. My only concern with this AC is I watched the FedEx driver flip our box and the box was damaged and the AC is dented on the side and a scratch on the back vents. I’m praying it works and if I wasn’t pregnant and dying in this heat I’d probably do something more but I’m not going without an AC any longer.It’s currently turned on and we’re waiting to see how well it cools our room. Otherwise it looks like a great AC unit and I’m very hopeful for how well it works and that it lasts a long time!

Barely cooled 100 Sq ft

Unit works great and does the job it was made for. Not super quiet but not obnoxiously noisy. Can finally sleep well, it's very humid and warm here in eastern Kentucky. Due to the high humidity, the pan collected enough water within 24hrs to submerge part of the fan that spins on the external side. The unit leans to the outside of the house as instructed, doesn't drain very well for this area. It does however drain great now that I drilled a small hole in the bottom left corner, about 2 inches in from the rear and left side. No more fan smacking the pool lol. Great unit.PS, we have 2 of these and they both didn't drain very well, prior to drilling a drain hole. Would absolutely buy another if we needed it.

This air conditioner isn't a brand name but also doesn't have a brand name cost. But with that being said it performs just as well as any I've used. It will freeze you out of a small bedroom so keep that in mind. Very easy to set up and use
