I think it's helping my irritability, and possibly helped a headache i was getting. (i put some in my coffee).I have used some of these herbs in the past on their own, So I knew that would work for me.

I was so upset when this arrived it was cracked and had spilled out and I couldn’t return or do anything about it.So fortunate I didn’t cut myself. Not sure how it was broken it seemed to come properly packaged but it was nonsense heat where I live so I’m guessing the glass expanded hanging out in my sunny porch.Will never know...
