ILU Calendula Body Cream 300 ml – moisturizer face cream, after sun lotion, varicose veins cream, eczema relief cream, water-based hydration for sensitive dry skin, plant-powered body lotion

This review is for, “ILU Calendula body Cream (300 ml) - Multi-Purpose Skin Care, Plant-Powered Relief, Water-based cream spreads smoothly & easily for use on faces or to cover large areas.”I’ve had the opportunity to try both ILU’s body cream and their shampoo/conditioner set. The bottles for these products tend to be thin at the bottom corners. Also, the circular piece of tape over the cap doesn’t always prevent leakage. I received my lotion intact without leakage, but apparently one of its neighbors was leaking before mine was bagged by Amazon to be shipped to me because the outside of the bottle had a light coating of lotion, and ink was smeared but the inside of my bag was clean. (My shampoo was shipped in a separate bag but half the bottle had leaked out, which is why I assume it was another bottle of lotion that leaked on mine.) The lotion itself is nice. It has a really nice citrusy/floral scent. I would describe its moisturizing abilities as a little above average. The design of the bottle makes it difficult to control how much lotion you get. It seems to just splurt out and you are suddenly holding enough for your hands and legs.

This is some amazing smelling lotion!!! You just want to eat it off of you!!! 😂 It has been a great help to my dry itchy skin!! It is so moisturizing and makes you silky smooth!! You can use it on your face or body and everywhere!!! I love how clean it is! I find it to be good quality and does a great job!!! I love this lotion!!! 🧴

I have dry skin, so I'm always on the lookout for creams to soften my skin and prevent itchiness. This bottle of ILU calendula body cream comes in a generous-sized bottle that is flat, so it easily fits on the nightstand.The cream goes on like a dream and easily absorbs into the skin.The smell is a bit unusual to me. I'm not sure I love it, but the cream is so effective that I’m using it!

I love trying skin products from all over the world and had never tried anything from El Salvador before. This body cream initially feels like I’m spreading a thin sunscreen, as it wipes white for a bit before it gets absorbed. The scent is very minimal and soft. It reminds me of a baby lotion, but not powdery at all. It dissipates quickly. My skin is left soft, but it doesn’t feel as moisturized as I’d like (incidentally, this is how I feel about baby lotions as well). I find myself constantly needing to reapply. It is not a greasy cream. I will likely bring it to work and leave it on my desk because it looks pretty and my coworkers always want to try whatever I have. Props to whoever decided to add the adhesive seal on the bottle.

love this product the fragrance is wonderful wish it would last a little longer makes skin feel really smooth.

I can't say that ILU Calendula Body Cream drenched my skin in moisture but it did work well as a moisturizer. The texture is light as promised but just a tad on the sticky side. It went on easily and took a little while to absorb, but when it did my skin felt very nice. There is more fragrance than I like, but it didn't linger. The price is reasonable. This would make a good all-purpose cream to have by the kitchen sink.

It makes my skin feels super smooth. And I just love the scent. I would definitely recommend.

I'm very glad I'm getting to use this cream. It seemed very interesting when I read about it. And I thought I would give it a try. I will say the fragrance is a very interesting lemon type zest fragrance. It's really a nice refreshing fragrance that lasts throughout the day.Little bit goes a really long way. So just a small dot will cover a good portion of your body. The only real complaint that I have is that it feels very heavy on your skin. After it soaks in. You can still feel a slight oily sensation which is something I don't like. It definitely makes your skin softer, but it does leave a residue feeling of heaviness.
