D-Mannose with cranberry was recommended by my Urologist to help prevent UTIs. I tried this brand because it is non-gmo & has only a little vitamin c for an added ingredient. It really helped with mild symptoms & I noticed a difference within a day of using it twice a day, about 30 mins before breakfast & before bed. I will be using it only as needed, not every day. I can't swallow this size of pills, so I emptied them into a small glass of water & stirred well. I then had to add a bit more water to the cup & swirl it around to get all of the ingredients. It doesn't taste bad, only tastes of the cranberry. Some reviews suggest that it can bring on some diahrea the first day you use it.

I regularly take D-Mannose. This is the first I tried this brand and have been very pleased with them. Will def be getting again.

I was having symptoms of a uti. Usually I just do some cranberry juice at the first signs of it, but this time I just couldn't seem to get rid of it. I read really good things about d mannose, so I decided to give this a try. After about three days I was feeling better. I was taking two capsules twice a day and I kept that up for a while. Now I'm just doing two a day to make sure it is gone and to help prevent it coming back. Very happy with this product.
