I was so tired of trying to chop through chicken wing joints, huffing and puffing my way through them with my horrible blunt old knives. I had a barbecue coming up and I wanted to make some marinated chicken wings to serve as an appetiser but was dreading having to chop up the wing sections, so I bought this cleaver.I was not disappointed! The blade is so sharp it cuts through the bones like butter and the weight is so good that it takes no effort at all.The weight is evenly balanced also so using the cleaver feels safe and comfortable. So easy to clean with a quick rinse under the hot tap.I love it . I can highly recommend this brand.

I am cutting my whole chicken effortlessly now since getting this cleaver knife. The knife is solid and comfortable to hold while cutting things, but be very careful you don't cut your hands as the cleaver knife is very sharp.The only thing is that the knife should have come with a wallet or something in order to store the cleaver knife after use. Fantastic knife.

Decent knife, very well packaged. Time will tell how it sharpens but so far it's been great to use and easy to handle considering it's size. This made very short work of ribs and also finer bits like pork chops.

Not Sharp enough, I have a knife sharpener but the blade on the chopping knife is to wide for it
